- We accept pets (pet fee €20 for the total stay), but animals are not allowed to be left alone inside our houses.
- New Year’s Eve, Easter, Carnival, holidays and long weekends / extended holidays are considered high season.
- Minimum rental: two nights, in August 7 nights.
- Children aged up to 3 years free of charge.
- Conditions for the return of the deposit: from june 1st (6/1) to september 30th (9/30) we do not refund the amount of the deposit (except in case of force majeure duly justified), which serves to guarantee the reservation. If the customer cancels the reservation, during the rest of the year, with the exception of the New Year’s Eve, Easter and Carnival, the guest may use the amount paid on another date for a period of three months.
